THE UNFOLDED ORDER, 2006

These series of works were painted with the intention of seeking beauty in the mundane. I sought out to explore geometric compositional relationships between recognisable artifacts and structures from the world which I am surrounded by on a daily basis.

There is a strong contrast of light and shade to convey the process of time, fleeting moments in which arbitrary arrangements of objects came together to produce different geometric tensions and spatial harmonies.
